What is QAIL?

QAIL (Quality AI Learning) is an online membership platform that teaches you how to use AI tools effectively. You get structured lessons, a built-in AI tutor named ARIA, and new content added every month — all designed for business professionals with no technical background.

Business owners, managers, HR professionals, healthcare administrators, office professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants to use AI tools to work smarter. If you don’t have a tech background and want practical AI skills — this is for you.

Do I need any technical experience?

None. Module 1 starts from the very beginning. Every lesson is written in plain language with real-world examples. If you can use email and a web browser, you can use QAIL.

What AI tools will I learn?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Midjourney, DALL-E, Zapier, Make, and more. We cover the tools that are actually useful for business and professional work — not just trending ones.

What is ARIA?

ARIA is your built-in AI learning assistant, available inside your member dashboard. Ask ARIA anything about AI tools, how to write better prompts, or how AI could help with something you’re working on. ARIA gives direct, specific answers — not generic search results.

How is ARIA different from just using ChatGPT?

ARIA is specifically configured to teach AI literacy and answer questions about using AI tools for business. She stays on topic, explains concepts clearly, and adapts to your level. She’s a tutor — not a general-purpose chatbot.

How many questions can I ask ARIA?

Starter members get 10 questions per month. Pro and Business members get unlimited access to ARIA.

Is ARIA available 24/7?

Yes. ARIA is available any time you’re logged into your QAIL account — no scheduling, no waiting.

How does billing work?

Your card is charged automatically on the same day each month. You’ll receive an email receipt after each charge. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

How do I cancel?

Log into your account and go to Membership → Cancel. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. No phone calls, no forms, no hassle.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again. Billing issues? Email hello@qail.xyz and we’ll make it right.

Can I buy a plan for my team?

The Business plan includes up to 3 seats. For teams larger than 3, contact us at hello@qail.xyz for a group rate.

How quickly can I access content after signing up?

Immediately. As soon as your payment processes, your account is created and your lessons are available.

Can I go at my own pace?

Yes. There are no deadlines, no scheduled sessions, and no required order. Work through the modules at whatever pace fits your schedule.

How often is new content added?

New lessons are added every month. AI moves fast — we keep the content current so you don’t have to chase it yourself.
